Can we nerf him yet? -.- you can’t out burst him, you can’t out dps him, you can’t tank him, you can’t kite him, you can’t beat him early, you can’t even hard cc him anymore cause he’s never targetable with essence reaver.

Can’t use a ban on him cause there’s too much other stupid shit in the game (looking at you talon, zed, yasuo and garen)

If you play anything that isn’t the current op you litteraly cannot beat them.

And I can hear it already. The cries of “oh just pick hard cc comps XDDDDDD”. But that requires the other 4 chimps on your team to pick hard cc. Hint. NONE OF THEM EVER DO.

Except you can beat him early and he's only good against people in low elo because they have no clue what they are doing. He's only strong if you let him do his thing, which most of the time does not happen in higher tiers

Wards and falling back and not feeding him are all strong counters. I always make sure he is banned though, can’t trust team mates to not feed him.

be aggressive early - except with conquerer and red buff he is strong than the pre nerf jungle ezreal ( note he was nerfed for being too strong at level 2)

assassins - only works because assassins are stupid op at the moment. If they arent they cant kill him, with essence reaver is is untargetable 50% of the time and heals more than they can deal

cc vending machines - previous statement about being untargetable for 50% of the game, if not longer with his ult active.

You kind of have to champ select for dealing with Yi in mind, otherwise, yes, he is going to steam roll your whole team.

I just dont like how he can just flat out abuse on hit effects harder than xin zhao can and Ult Q auto or to be generous auto twice if you have some bulk to kill anyone. Its borderline as cancerous as the old AP Yi. Hes a walking lawnmower that does a billion damage with conqeuror, razor, and bork and has a variety of ad build paths to abuse. Thank goodness he does have some counterplay because hes about as awful to play against as a late game spectre in dota
