Urf/ARUrf Disable Rammus in this Gamemode

I have to say that I know Urf or ARUrf is meant to make champions broken, but Rammus is a champion that makes matches in this gamemode completely one-sided. If a Rammus is on your team or the enemy's, it basically decides the match. Once he hits you with a taunt or any of his CC, he's impossible to make any counterplays against. He can dive towers and even take a whole team easily. I've tried to counter him as much I could by playing champions with crowd control abilities and using items that would shut down his crowd control but that's never enough. This champion really is not fun to play against in ARUrf and I have to say that he should be disabled in this gamemode until changes can be made to make him more reasonable to play around. I'm sorry to any Rammus players here, but i'm pretty sure you agree that playing him in ARUrf makes matches feel really one-sided.
