New ranked placements mess up flex queue completely...

Just a quick thought. Me and my friends like playing flex queue.

I however find it really painful that this new ranked system puts people in bronze instantly even if you can queue up with unranked people. What I mean is this: me and my friend play some flex queue, we're low gold. My other friend wants to play flex queue. Game 1: We queue up with him and play.

Now after this first game, he's technically "bronze", so we can't queue with him unless he plays enough games to reach silver (which is like 8-9 wins).

Old system: you'd be in placements for 10 games and you could still queue up for 10 games. If you won a majority of them you'd end up in silver (your correct ranking). Now even if you win 6/10 placements you'll probably still be in bronze 1 (with a much higher mmr). It makes it super hard to play flex queue with a group of friends especially since not a lot of people play flex queue.

Suggestion: Don't count flex queue rank until placements are complete and/or make rank more closely match mmr.
