Will Ryze and Azir ever be playable again?

I've been playing these two champs since the start of season 7, and I absolutely love them both. They're so fun, they did so much damage, and they had decent early and amazing late games. But now, it's so hard to get through laning phase without dying on Azir, and his Q range got nerfed and his early game was basically gutted. I haven't seen him played in ages. Just reduce his playmaking potential on his ult, and bring back some power into his basic abilities. And just rework Ryze...
