Petition to add Tenacity runes or items
Seems very hard to get even while basically every champion is equipped with a slow. I wouldn't mind if the runes or items individually give little tenacity, but you should be able to build enough if you invest into it.
P.d: i know about the boots, but it just seems there isn't enough diversity, at least you should be able to build it from runes, even if that means sacrificing damage or defense.
