For me Garen , is one of the best champions to play when tilted. He is so simple that its hard to fuck up no matter how tilted you are, and he is not exactly a pushover in lane either, and obviously execute ult is very effective for getting kills :)

I’ve had a lot of luck with Vel Koz because he has a stack that gives him true damage, and I hear Vayne can make good come backs for the same type of true damage stack.

Malphite seems to be a good tank pick for burst damage even if you’re behind he can come back pretty hard.

My problem with vayne is that in the early stages of the game I'm bad with her because attack move is my weakest point in league. As in I suck at kiting.

Go with Jhin, Kog, Trist or Varus then. Or start jingling with Yi.
