With the removal of boot enchantments, that phase of the game now starts even earlier, when you have 5k gold and you only buy occasional potions. Okay, some champions can sell their boots, what about the others? Now, in before you tell me to try to win the game instead of farming, there are those stalling plays, during which I can /dance only to let my less fortunate allies farm, sigh.

i think dota had the right answer - leveled items - but in dota you very rarely reach full build, and if you do, you wont be there for long because your build is likely very cheap and can be improved greatly.
Mike Hunts Toxic1 votesi always thought maybe they should add gifting allies gold with a tax % (to avoid supports just pumping all their gold to the adc) maybe only have it available past 20 minutes
lets say you got super fed and are full build + elixir and still have 5k gold, and you see a guy on your team only has 3-4 items complete, well gift him the 5k with like a 20% tax, he could buy an item with that.
