Ornn passive feels really slow for what it does
Like I can't upgrade my team till 14 and I cant upgrade my 2 until 13, if i got 1 item upgrade at 6 it would feel better because with riot trying to get games to go faster it would make sense

WoonStruck1 votesTbh he can already stat-check people early on just because he doesn't need to back. Being able to get an item upgrade early would just make him feast/famine (mostly feast since famine would basically be the same relative upgrade time as now).
