Say no to more Diana nerfs!

she isn't only getting the attack speed when she uses E.

it's a Passive tied to her E, but she will gain the Attack Speed on every spell cast when i have understood it correctly.

so it's actually a buff as she can get between 40% and 80% bonus attack speed in combat instead of just 20%.

Reading is hard. The attack speed is the passive on her E -- that doesn't mean it's only activated by using her E. It's activated by using ALL SPELLS. In case you didn't know she's got 4 spells Q, W, E and R.
