Can we get a system where if you forget smite, you can swap it at the beginning if you don't le base

This is a problem I see in low elo occasionally. Some boosted ass mother fucker non jungle main forget smite and there is no map pressure. Top will lose levels and neither side gets a fair fight. top lane is always shoved and bot lane and mid win and the enemy toplane is down levels and cs and the jungler is taking it all. It's happened to everyone. Can we have a thing at the start where we can switch for smite without a keystone rune so we can buy jungle items.

Impossible to track who's the jungler in Blind Pick. There's always a chance someone wants to swap lanes in Draft Mode if he got autofilled to Jungle.

My best advice for you & anyone else is just pay some damn attention during champion select instead of Alt+Tabbing out.

With the new Rune system coming next season, there actually will be a rune that allows you to switch summoner spells.

but you cant buy jungle items and the jungle items give you more exp and without it, your levels suffer horribly
