why are they buffing Ahri?

shes already popular for what she is with her damage from her buffs in patch 4.12 at a popularity of 13%, having her buffed even more without DFG is just insane.... Trust me I play Ahri and main Ahri... with the damage she has at late game taking more than half of ur health in level 4-8 with her EWQ combo, deleting DFG was actucally a good idea for Ahri for how she can overkill people pretty much with good mobility and CC she has , and her ban rate is also climbing up a bit as well.

Riot plz dont buff Ahri

I wouldn't expect it to be a buff. Ahri is a strong champion, even in a meta that is not so favorable for her.

I would expect it to be a rebalancing away from R-E-DFG-all the buttons and towards a more versatile set of play patterns.

Also, it's not a guaranteed thing. Maybe their attempt to move away from assassination playstyle ends up not feeling so great and they do nothing.
