Works every time I have seen it in game. What is happening when it isn't working? Who is using it?

half the time i attack minions(if not more than half the time) it doesn't fire out the extra bolts, even if the minions are practically stacked on top of each other. I only build it on kalista, however I had the same issue the one time I tried it on caitlyn

I know they made the range on the bolts more strict. It used to be able to attack things that were A) within some radius of your target or B) between you and your target. A) got changed so that it cannot extend past your max range anymore

Basically you need to be a few steps closer to see it acting like it used to.

that's not what's happening, it's not casting sometimes on targets that are stacked on the main target, it's bugged as hell and there are a lot of threads complaining about it, and no fix of course...
