3 games out of 10 provisionals won

These players on average could not even compete at the bronze 5 level, and this isn't me being a dick, it's the truth, the average player who hit 30 for the first time is not ready for ranked and should not be allowed to queue immediately. Further they are DEFINITELY not ready for mid to low silver, this system is very very terrible and outdated, please change it.
