Worse than gamebreaking lag

Randomly anywhere from 5 seconds to one minute after reconnecting to the game i was just in, I would be paralyzed in place, i could bring up the score board, could type but nothing would send, couldn't see anyone else typing either, just flat out unable to move like severe lag, but it never unstuck unless I closed the client and reconnected to game, no reconnecting dialogue box ever came up, like you used to see when just walking in a straight line for 99% of EUW games, just nothing

either someone found out how to ddos one player or there is something severely wrong as single players in a lot of games have been experiencing extreme lag in normal games below level 30 since yesterday
