Matchmaking is bad

Why do brand new 30s test directly into mid silver, what that does is makes all levels of bronze above bronze 5 actually higher quality players than silver, because these players have been thrown into silver, lost their asses off, and demoted into bronze, and then turned it around and learned how to play the game, whereas there's a never ending flood of brand new players being put into mid silver, it makes the game really unfair and just plain not fun when you spend all day climbing and get into your promos and get people in their provisionals who've never played ranked before.

Please stop giving every brand new player 1250 MMR, the system is bad, just plain bad, and it's making me lose any interest in this game when i can't play ranked with people who are actually at my level of play

Leveling up to 30 IS NOT enough practice for ranked, you start out the first 15 levels going duo top and things that do not reflect the current meta at all. Spamming master yi, garen bot, ashe mid, chogath anywhere, and playing 450 ip champions exclusively does not prepare you for jumping into mid silver.

Further, no one has enough IP for tier 3 runes at that point, yes you can win with tier 2 runes, but when it comes down to a few hp and you lose the fight, that extra 5 to all stats would have won the duel for you

Please fix the system, make people start in bronze, I don't get to just get hired as a manager somewhere because I turned 18, or I turned 30, nothing in life works like this, and because it's a totally bs system it breeds endless toxicity between players who know what they're doing, and people who are being 100% negligent with other's time by joining ranked with no experience, no practice, low champion pool, and almost no game sense.
