@Riot Please fix the game and stop focusing on addons like skins and champions while the core rots

There are numerous bugs with aoe items that are going completely ignored

Certain champions are completely out of control OP

the game is not fun anymore, and all i'm seeing is bundles, skins, illaoi release, please in 5 years i've never taken this long of a break from the game, but I find myself completely unable to enjoy myself while playing it now,

this patch is not just something people need to get used to, it's horrible, it's not well implemented or even developed, I feel like i'm playing on a hacked wow server where when wow updates half of the features break and people just deal with it because it's free. This is something you should be embarrassed by.

They have different teams handling different things. The skins team is completely focused on new skins, the balance team is completely focused on balance

they're still owned by a company that had nothing to do with the creation of this game, they're spending more resources on things that make them money as any business would. I am seeing about 7 skins for every 1 meaningful change they make.

That's because meaningful changes take time, and consideration of the current meta. They have to gather data and make informed decisions; personally I don't agree with the game's current direction (damage is overtuned, games are really snowbally) but I think Riot will eventually steer it in the right direction, and knee-jerk changes based on initial player reaction may or may not solve the issue; possible it could make it worse or create an even bigger monster.

Skins team just makes a bunch of skins, which is a very streamlined and straightforward process compared to game design and balance.

They talk about nothing. They fix nothing. They do nothing. They fix things that don't need to be fixed. They don't listen to the community. They forever to fix problems with broken things in the game. You are saying they are doing a good job? No. Riot is incompetent right now and it clearly shows.

there are many things people don't like, but there are a few things that NO ONE likes, and they could start there...

Owned by a company that had nothing to do with the creation of this game..? What..? Riot's CEO and it's president are the two FOUNDERS of League of Legends and have champions named after them, AKA Ryze and Tryndamere.

Their -shares- are owned by Tencent, not the actual company itself. It's not uncommon for gaming companies to have companies putting a lot of money into their company, especially when they have as much potential as Riot has had. Just because they own shares doesn't mean they dictate exactly where the money goes though.

If they were also spending more money on getting them money, I'd be seeing League of Legends cinematics as youtube commercials instead of the stupid crap I currently see and they'd have half-times during world's to advertise random crap to the viewers at home like a football game would.

hence why i mentioned investors...these people make up a board that can influence who is hired and fired..

that's not really what I was getting at, more-so hire more people for the teams that would actually work on coding, rather than spending to hire more and spend more resources on skins(which won't happen, and I even understand it, it's what makes them money, and they're a business, but i can dream)

Riot doesn't care about anything but Worlds. Even the graphics team is all over Worlds. They don't care about content, skins, balancing, udpates and w/e else. all they care about is Worlds.
