Still having problems with Runaans

it constantly only shoots 1-2 bolts out while 3 minions will be stacked on each other, i'm not angling weird, it seems to not proc if the minion is directly out of your range(<50 units) even when the one next to it that you are auto attacking is in your range, and sometimes even when the other minions are in range it still just won't proc correctly. please fix this item
