Make Ekko passive have a 3 second CD on monsters

Monstermushmush··1 votes·666 views

It will help jungle Ekko a ton, helping his early clear. It will also diversify the jungle meta a bit, which Riot would obviously support. It won't make him OP either, it just makes his first clear a bit faster and leaves him healthier. Keep passive CD 5 seconds on champions.

it already does double damage to monsters. doesnt need a buff, manage the CD with camp timing like with J4's passive. Hit the big monster to start and when passive on CD work on the others. you have enough aoe to clear decently already
