Demacian Mana Globe + + + + 1000 Gold = 3000 Gold +250 Mana +125% Mana Regen. UNIQUE Passive- Mana Tide: For every 1% of max mana the user has, they gain 0.4% cool down reduction, up to a 40% cool down reduction boost. UNIQUE Passive- Mana Charge: Grants +4 mana (max +750 mana) for each spell cast and mana expenditure. (Occurs up to 2 times every 8 seconds). Gains +1 mana every 8 seconds. UNIQUE Active: Restore 80 Health and 8% of your maximum mana over 8 seconds. During this time, your spells will deal additional magic damage equal to 50% of the mana you have regenerated over the last 5 seconds. Holds up to 3 charges and refills upon visiting the shop.

This is my second go at a CDR item for Mages, Supports, and Mana Users in general. Opinions?

spending 3k gold and an itemslot soly on mana and **conditional **cdr? No thx. I really dislike the idea of cdr going up and down duering a fight, it meddles with the rythem of your combos, and spending so much gold on no combat stats is just not worth it.

CDR could definitely be considered a combat stat, but I see your point. I also wanted to provide a powerful CDR item that you had to play with and try and sustain as much mana as possible when using.
