Because they didn't want one item negating an entire ult.
Ironic, because it feels super good to play brand into a team with 
and his windwall bullshit (that should honestly be an ultimate for a support) and having it only bounce because he cast it after it hits him.
If you're going to have this ability, please at least let the hit detection be decent.

Horse Grenades2 votesI would rather an item that you have to invest time, money, and other stats for counter an ult than a low cd, resourceless ability, but thats just my opinion. The coding on windwall is obnoxious and anti-fun
