Can we remove the self slow from Rammus's 'w' please?

Ever since this change he feels so shtty to play. Rammus is one of those champions who really only succeeds in lower divisions. Since you can have minions or an ally block his 'q' for a squishy it's really easy to stop him from reaching his target. Once he enters a fight the only survivability he has is his 'w', and it feels so shtty to slow yourself every time you try to leave a fight. The nerf didn't even affect his winrate that much in lower divisions either. It's pretty much the same as it was before only slightly lower.
