He's literally the safest laner in existence, with his instant repositioning ability. And his ult NEVER misses, so he's always guaranteed to burst whoever he wants. And his combo isn't exactly difficult to do when he's literally in your face after ulting (actually, even when he doesn't use his ult his combo is stupidly easy to do). No skill champ.
