Vayne is going to completely break the game next patch.

The new has an effect where after you use ult, using a basic attack lowers all basic cd by 1 second. q has a 2 second cooldown Next patch will build max cdr and reduce her q cooldown to 0.2 seconds during her ult. 0.2 seconds is less than the average human visual reaction time, meaning by the time you react to vayne appearing and abutting you, she is already back in stealth. What makes this even worse is her q is an auto reset, meaning she doesn't even have to build attack speed and can just build damage and lifesteal and completely destroy everything. I expect a vayne build like this If you don't end the game before she gets (which is about 15 min), you auto lose.

you have no idea how CD even works and here you are talking like you do... first, Max CDR is 40%... 45 if you have the rune... 50% of something is half... how in hell is 1 second going to be reduced to 0.2 which is 80% of a CD reduction? second... why do you even think CDR is even going to work that way with the item to begin with? have you tried it on the PBE or are you just here to make dumb threads? Third... assuming everything works the way you say it does, what is vayne even going to accomplish with that build while her ult is down and with so little attack speed or even reach the stage where "she destroys everything"

Oh, I thought it was reduce basic abilities by 1 second. However, a 0.96 second cooldown q will still be dumb.
