Why the f*** is this ability allowed to remain the way it is? If you don't have an AP support you will never land any CC on Morg or her partner. On top of this the shield has a 70% AP scaling and lasts for FIVE seconds. Can you nerf this shit?

Yes. The AP ratio was nerfed back in Season One (Patch V1.0.0.126) from 80% to 70%, and over the course of eight years has been considered balanced.

ned the kled4 votesthe shield can be broken by magic damage. if you don't have any ap champs and you're full ad with lots of cc and they pick morg, its called counter-pick, and it isn't riot's fault because you got counterpicked.
Firebeard3 votesBasically what NED THE KLED said, but also know that black shield has a pretty large cooldown, especially earlier into the game. More than this, in lower elo it can be pretty easy to bait out. Once the black shield is down/is on cooldown, THEN you throw out the hard CC abilities that you want to engage with. It isn't that difficult, don't complain about abilities that you can counter play.

Frosted Tips2 votesI agree that it takes too much power from her kit. Morgana feels like she has 2 abilities for like 90% of the game just Q and E. I would like to see Riot take power out of her Q and E and move it to her Ult. I honestly think her ult would be cool if it grounded targets with a minimum slow like 10% and see how that would change her playstyle.
