Im sick of seeing

win bot lane simply because they poke so hard that the enemy adc cant farm. Theres nothing than any enchanter support can do vs a mage 
with the exception of 
all suck vs a mage and are going to be completely useless for the rest of the game. There needs to be some sort of punishment for playing a mage.

Janna in particular can max W and take arcane comet and make their life hell while dodging everything with ease while shielding poke.
Rakan can dodge all their skillshots too and follow up with a W. His 6 is better than most too, esp with jungle help.
