Basically it would reset your level to 30 and champion masteries to 1. Then give you a little number next to your profile to let people know how many times you prestiged.
Only reason I bring this up is because leveling doesn't stop and sometimes champions get reworked/reverted. Like 
. I got mastery 7 on her reworked kit. Her reverted kit, I'd need to practice a ton to get to that point.

Something similar that's more appropriate : When a champion is completely reworked (Like akali, eve; not a minor ability rework like ez/fizz), they should reset mastery points completely, and hand out rewards based on how many mastery points you had, specific to the champion. For example - 10k gets capsule, 50k get s X, 100k gets Y, 1 mil gets special loading screen border when playing that champion, etc
It will also not make people feel like they wasted their time on a champ after it gets reworked. I'm sure there's nothing sadder than seeing ur 1 mil champ completely overhauled to a new kit you barely even recognize. They are rewarded for sticking to their champ until the very end.
Also, wouldn't people abuse level reset over and over to get more BE (since lower exp required to level from 30-35 than 100->105)
