seriously it gives ANYONE AND EVERYONE WHO TAKES IT A SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE BOOST. do you not think thats extremely unhealthy?

TLD makes so many people's damage so overbearing its insane. there's no reason why i should be playing as lux vs Anivia, both of us be equal in farm with no items, and she gets to do 4/5 of my hp with just a q e combo. thats nuts.

get rid of keystone masteries and sated devourer and see how quickly this game rights itself

It's just another way of allowing assassins to build tank/bruiser and still do a ton of dps... like the AD/HP/Resistence hybrid items... item 3053 item 3139 item 3156 item 3748.
