Anyone can make a beta account and play them or against them a bunch before they are released. get a beta account like everyone else and stop complaining.

If your not eligible then that means you have been punished for being toxic. If thats the case then stop being toxic and you will be eligible.

And 5-10 wins a week? Play 2 games a day comes out to 14 games a weeks or 730 games a year . I dont think making 2 of those games a week played on PBE every 3 MONTHS or so when a new champion comes out is going to make a difference. Thats talking about 10 or less PBE games a year. To stop all your frustration.

And this is a solution that will actually happen and resolve your issue.

3 new players (until at least lvl 50 wpnt have lvl 3 honor there for no pbe account.

4 plqyers on the pbe are npt good most of the time. So you cannot truely learn how to fight agqint other champs.

5 players do not want to take this 2 games they play every 2-3 days and go on the pbe.

If you cant play for an hour and 20 mins tops every day your not playing enough games to understand most champions and changes during patches let alone new champions.
you can read and learn or watch videos about new champions to understand them before they come out easily.
New players cant even play ranked until level 30 anyway for this to be an issue.
you dont need to play against anyone to understand a champion. practice tool or watch gameplay videos on youtube.
If you only play 4 games a week you will not play enough games in season to climb the ladder anyway. so your whole complaint is invalid.

I gave you a multiple solution.

PBE account.

Test tool on PBE

Watch release previews of abilities.

read up on abilities on lol wikis.

watch gameplay videos on youtube from the PBE.

any of these is sufficient to understand how to play against a champion.\

i picked 3 days. 2 games x 3 days is 6day 6 out of 7 days of a full week. 6+2 is 8 which is over a week. sooooooooooo

most people are actually visual learners so videos of watching lane matchups is a great way to learn for the majority of people.

and finally if i read a book on something 95% of the time i can then go and do it. If you cant thats not anyone elses fault. and as stated above there are in depth videos about it and guides up you can review before the champion ever goes live.

im done trying to help you all though. you just wanna complain even though numerous solutions to the issue have been presented best of luck.

You can look the abilities numbers up on a champion on a wiki and watch a video for cast times of spells distances ect.

This should be enough to understand how a champion works and how to play against them fairly easily.

If you cant manage that.

Buy the champion when it comes out on the live server.

Make a custom game and play the champion.

If thats still not enough invite a friend to play it against you in a lane.

Not to mention all the other methods iv listed numerous times above.

If you dont have the TIME to do these thing thats YOUR PROBLEM. not riots or anyone elses. Your only as good as the amount of time and effort you can put in. Is that fair. yes.

Yes in general if you provide most people with directions they can follow them and do something or build something.

Ever get furniture from Walmart or IKEA?

It comes with these thing called instructions on how to build it.

Specifically with

Pictures on how to build it.

You then look at those picture and put the pieces together.

AND BUILD THE ITEM.

Im not a good example of the average person. You could give me a book on how to build a ship give me the tools and materials and id build you a ship and probably improve on it a little.

is it fair? Not really. but thats just how life is.

Sometimes a persons natural abilities allow them to do amazing things and sometimes their lack of abilities hinder them from doing things.

The reason videos and guides and wikis are available IS TO HELP people who need or even want it.

Other then that there isnt much anyone can do outside of doing it for them. Which isnt allowed for league.

At a certain point you just have to realize that there are plenty of resources out there and its up to you to figure it out and make it work and if you cant then your probably at your max skill level which isnt a bad thing.

Hes on here complaining about an issue i understand his issue. give him a solution he then wants to argue about it and say he cant get a beta account. and its clear hes never even tried. he thinks he has to make a request to get one and thats not the case. i even linked how to get one for him. people just want to be mad rather then find a solution to their issues.
