If you're going to lower health on tank items but increase AD elsewhere

Can you please lower the last whisper items from 45% Bonus Armor pen to 35% or 30%? Doesn't really seem fair that you're lowering the max HP tanks can get while increasing the efficiency to kill them with more AD

Edit: Nevermind, just saw that you just added this change to Last Whisper on PBE

They announced there nerfing all pen to make actual ar and mr mean more. The reason there lowering health upping resistance is because health "counters" both and they want tanks more specilized to deal with threats rather than tank everything
