Teemo is an annoyance, and yet he's powerless. He's ugly and fat, but unnaturally so, he looks old and clunky. He could use a full relaunch, like Sion less the lore remake (that one's pretty ok IMO).

people always joke how hes a living ward. so imo they should actually make him good at it. insetad of having his shrooms explode and deal damage, let them be a vision tool.
i mean it fits his theme. hes supposed to be a scout. maybe if allies run over them they could be consumed for a movement speed buff or a shield instead, and if enemies step on them they grant true sight for a couple of seconds. he could get a new passive that works like rengars ult and lets him see the outlines of enemies within a certain distance even in the fog of war.
or maybe his shrooms could work like the scuttles ward and provide vision and a speed buff in a small area. i mean he is called "the swift scout" and not "the anoying assassin".
his q is pretty useful for a bot lane support so they could keep that. maybe even turn it into a skillshot that blinds in a larger aoe upon impact. his e could be turned into an active and replaced with his current passive so he can sneak around enemies in the jungle.
he would actually get a theme as a scout who provides vision for his team, and tracks down enemies instead of just being an anoying troll.
plus, we dont have a support thats themed around vision yet. so this would give him a pretty unique kit.

1374341 votesSwitching the passive and E sounds interesting, until you realize that it would be virtually the exact same thing as Twitch's Q. Unless you are suggesting it could only be activated if in a bush.
I do suspect, however, that if Teemo was released today his E would be part of his passive with another skill taking its place.
1374341 votesHe really doesn't need a full gameplay update. The only thing that I would like is for w to be a little more interesting than "press to move faster." Riot has also talked about how they want to make his R more interactive, especially after oracles was removed from SR and true vision options reduced, which would free up some of his power budget. I think his Q (annoying as it is) and E are fine.
I don't think he really looks exceptionally ugly or outdated...
