except ad champions got a way to have a zhonyas for a little bit, maybe the same could happen for ap champions? like maybe have qss build into an item that doesnt have the qss active so ap users can actually get it to build into something

Or hear me out, remove stopwatch. It was added into the game because tower dives were far too easy, but towers got buffed and almost everyone hates stopwatch so just remove since there is no need anymore.
