Would shyvana be a good pick next patch since everyone will pick tanks and she has % max hp on hit

I main shyvana. She has % on hit with her extra and build bloodrazor and her q will proc both twice. She even builds botrk alot. From what I heard Zac and sejuani struggle against her currently but the freeze on sejuani may cause problems since it makes her do 15% max hp damage and shyvana stacks health. I also heard Zac' s ult is insane. You can take people with you to your team and they're dead. I know amumu will be strong because of the new gsp. You gat a massive shield when you activate it. Combined with coc on a good ult means a massive shield but he's prone to counter jungling and shyvana can do that damn well. Malphite builds armor mostly. He initiates and some of your damage will ignore the armor since it's mixed. I'm not sure about maokoi since I don't see him alot. Will shyvana be a good pick and will she still be able to duel sejuani.
