RIOT: Please add an editable notes field to the item sets

I'm one of those types of people that really enjoy the theory crafting aspect of the game and I give a lot of thought to the item sets I create for champs. But the problem is that if I leave a champ for a while I'll forget my reasoning behind certain item combinations, which items I meant to get for different scenarios, etc.

It would be awesome if RIOT could add an editable notes field to the bottom of each item set and even MORE AWESOMESAUCE (forgive) if they could have the notes show up in game under each item set.
