Same with 
. Even though I don't care about him nor have any sympathy for his players, the changes are straight nerfs to him in their attempt to curb ADC abuse.

Marshbouy1 votesAccording to op.gg, the vast majority of varus players run guinsoos. in fact, it doesn't seem like anyone takes duskblade on him. According to op.gg, pretty much every MF player takes duskblade, but she also has shit winrate/playrate (46.7%/2.5%) so it's not like she's breaking the item. Once more, according to op.gg, a few Jhin players take duskblade, but it's not the majority.
I fail to see how any of these champions are abusing duskblade.
That's because the real reason is that the item is broken in and of itself.
