So when is 
getting nerfed? His E flash is functionally the same as Gragas E flash except WW's is even easier thanks to his ridiculous speed boost on W and the fact that it can't be blocked my minions. He even has the hard CC on his ult as well for the guaranteed chain CC combo.
japan hate acc2 votesI've never seen anyone E flash on Warwick, maybe it's just because I'm bad, but it doesn't seem that great of an idea. Also, that wasn't the only reason Gragas was nerfed. Gragas had been a staple jungler for a long time, with sustain, great ganks, pick, teamfight, engage, disengage, and zoning. He had so much, and could dominate the professional scene as well as lots of elos.
Warwick, while he can be annoying, doesn't do all of that.

Her build path afterward is very versatile. If you're doing good with dragon control you can itemize more health. If not you can opt for items that give heavier resistances. Occasionally I'll get a frozen mallet and trinity force for some extra sticking power and massive damage. Definitely check champion.gg and leagueofgraphs to see her best builds though.
