New Mage Item for PBE
Item with AP and health with the following passive:
The first basic attack against you does no damage (including on hit). Recharges when out of combat for 30 seconds.
Should be an item built by mages that want to counter basic attacking champs that would otherwise kill them in 2-3 attacks.
