We have silences, blinds, nearsights, cripples (atk speed reduce), grounds, disarms (only Amumu ult has this), forced stasis, and forced actions (taunt fear charms)

I don't care if it suddenly makes other champions with those forms of CC not as unique, that's our current problem with slows, stuns, and knock ups.

Ralanr1 votesEh, I don't demand more AS slows honestly. We already have two combos with items for it and I feel Yi (one champion I know) tends to make building it rather pointless at times.
One idea is an item that reduces missile speed of AA's, but that'd fuck with balance as hard as displaments being effected by tenacity.
