He has no health, low armor and mr(almost no mr at all), his tornado is the easiest skillshot to avoid, his ult can be qssed, he has no mobility in the jungle, slows stop his ult never mind all of cc in game, he can't engage unless you superfed him. His farming is easily Halted by anyone with range, the list goes on and on. If you are trying to fight him with another melee champion that is your own fault. Yasuo is a slayer. If you can't beat him with a ranged champion that is a lack of skill. Just because you don't like laning against him doesn't mean he is op.

not unless he's enormously fed and so he gets carried by his armour pen and is allowed to build tank. But if he's normal, he definitely can't go tank without losing damage
