I just played a game where a garen built 60% crit and then built tank items. it was a living hell. he out damaged our adc at the end of the game and was tanky AF. This whole juggernauts idea was so dumb.

Yeah we should nerf Karma too, because I had a game just now where they were strong.

I build crit on Garen as well, but I get blown up. It is a good trade off. However, in order to build 60% crit, you need 3 damage oriented items, item 3031 item 3031 item 3031 or item 3046 item 3087 + a damage item since 60% crit chance without the damage is very weak. Having said that, that would become a bruiser build and Garen would not be tanky AF.
