as with skarner as with rengar undue the rework its crap, the old rework was better in almost everyway. i mean i do like sorta how the heal works, yes it tech can heal you for more but its based on how much damage you take so if your byyourself its really not doing much.

Just like in our discussion on the Skarner post. I think a small scale rework would be more appropriate than a revert.
