Why riot even thinking to buff shyvana?
So riot thinking to do shyvanas W deal 330 damage at rank 5 wtf is that? why do even think buffing shyvana? do they think she is weak or something...

because tank meta needs to exist for braindead players to gain elo.
I'm still confused on what the PBE is saying about the changes, Ready? not Ready? not sure.
Shyvana is only viable at the moment because of Cinderhulk. All thanks to her ability to lane without flash. Off coarse, Riot does not want to tunnel her balance around cinderhulk (considering it's getting nerfed)
looking closer at the effects of the proposed changes, it feels like a mini gameplay update. Molding her into a particular style of play. Mostly a QoL, rather than a stats buff.
What was shown was incomplete, so its very difficult to draw any conclusions about how riot is trying to shift Shyvana.
I believe I also saw that her ultimate is going to have a normal cool down (which means the removal of her fury component). This will have VERY significant effects on her playstyle; currently I can use my ultimate bot lane, then return to the jungle, take 3 camps, and have my ultimate up again (because the cool down is essentially dependent on auto attacks). A normal cool down will limit the how often I can engage.
Which brings me to the next point, it also looks like a new ultimate was leaked where she DOESN'T gap close and instead creates a wall of fire to lock opponents in. Which means she is losing her gap closer. As a shyvana player, I can tell you that my main form of initiation is jumping right onto the adc (in this case usually jinx) and immediately exhausting her. If they take that away, Shyvana's playstyle is going to change significantly.
Until we know more about what kind of changes we are dealing with, it is very difficult to say that the changes are buffs. Yes, this E looks like a buff, but if it doesn't penetrate targets then it is also a nerf; this combined with other kit changes leaves the net change up in the air for now.
Even before Cinderhulk Shyvana has been one of the more viable tanks. Out of all the tanks she needs buffs the least to be honest. But it kinda looks like a small rework/update from what I've heard. Nothing is certain yet...
