I haven't seen a Lissandra in quite a while, probably months. Her Q cost is already so freakin' high for what it is. A close/mid range poke that slows a bit. What, to compensate for her passive?

GigaPube1 votesthe worst thing is, her passive is nothing but an inconsistent mana regen. they're giving her more mana costs without changing that horrible passive, yet riots expecting people to build ROA/morello everytime. not that i disagree, completely. the insta-negatron cloak allows for such safety to just farm it up with smaller harass, then generate sort of an "artificial" powerspike when you complete abyssal and potentially get sorc boots with a tome, or just a large rod, catch your opponent off guard with such an increase in damage to go along with your original strong defences
i wouldnt be surprised if she only got more popular in this meta, with so much CC, mobility in 1 spell, and a point-and-click stun, she could easily get a full rework, or at least just something to make her ult a lot less oppressive
also, this Q nerf will make this spell, i cant say for 100%, but to me off the top of my head, this spell doing what it does, for 95 mana, feels like the worst ratio of mana cost to....doing something to help her win :P 5 mana off from costing the same as a lot of strong ultimates in the game
really hope they dont remove stuff like functionality changes like nidalee autoattack resets when changing form (not that i disagree with that change) or azir using a soldier charge to damage a tower, or the ult boosting movespeed for allies
if i could bet on it, i would say lissandra would be the 1st, or at least the next, 6300IP champ to be reworked
