So some of the malphite changes got reverted

I personally don’t mind these reverts except for one. The mana decrease on his e was so helpful and now it’s being pulled. Malphite has such bad mana problems in lane and now with his e mana change being reverted this problem is going to be even more prevalent. Can riot look into fixing his mana issues in lane please?

When something is reverted on the PBE it usually means they are not satisfied with the changes and are pulling them to re-iterate.
