What are your thoughts on the new Rabadon’s?

For those who don’t know, Rabadon’s has received some work on the PBE: Recipe changed to two Needlessly Large Rods, Cost lowered to 3600g, and passive buffed from 35% to 40%. What do you guys think?

Personally I like the changes. Having to take up 3 item slots just for the components of that was a pain, and often times when I go to buy the parts to it, I'm sitting on around 1300g~ anyways, so it's a choice between 1 item or 2 the first purchase, and whatever is left for the 2nd purchase (I usually don't have room for all 3).

That + the fact that the cost has been reduced AND it's passive gets an additional 5% bonus AP, I think deathcap will start being used a lot more now. Personally, it was already something I consistently built. If I go mid, it's always a first or second item for me. This just makes doing so that much easier.
