Q's a heal. A melee heal. Off of minions.

E is a spell that does scale well, yes. But the amazing thing about it is that if Nunu's building straight AP, you gank him and he dies to anything.

The less said about the type of idiot who stands in a fully-channeled Nunu ult the better.
