Nope, Dynamic queue DOES NOT make people play more like a team.
In it's current state it's more like dividing the team into 12 solo player and 34 people premades. There is no communication, no connection, no teamwork between the two group.
Yes the premades will still communicate well and work well with each other, but solo players' experience is ruined.
For example: Solo top is getting camped and couldn't step out of the tower for a single cs. but premade mid and jg don't give a shit about solo top they rather help their premade bot because they are premades.
TEAMWORK "OP"
As a jungler you want to play to the strong side of your map... If you're top falls behind to the point where they are getting dove if they leave tower and you have the option of trying to maybe save the lane so they don't lose laning phase or put winning lanes farther ahead then you put the other lanes farther ahead so when mid game happens and the teams group your team is stronger.
Also if it has gotten to that point you don't want to roam there because there would be a high chance that you will lose if the other jungler comes and you end up in a 2 v 2 so you leave top to fend for themselves until mid game.
Another reason for this is because if your top laner gets to far behind then the gold bonus for killing them becomes basically nothing. For example if they are going 0/6/0 then they die again they are only worth 90 gold. So that might not be a jungler in a pre-made thing that might be jungler knows how to jungle (provided they are actually putting the other two lanes farther ahead and taking objectives).

I know you can't find it out so I am telling it to you now. I was silver 4 last season, MMR reset putted me to Bronze 4, and I climbed all the way from Bronze4 to currently Silver 2. Dynamic queue kills the competitiveness for a lot of people, but not for an LEAGUE ADDICT like me so I am still doing fine. BUT IF YOU WERE ME you won't be happy about all the premades"having a bad game"(aka intentionally trolling/throwing/losing) and all the solo players getting stomped over and over again by premades. I have a friend who is silver last season but now stuck in bronze due to getting troll by dynamic premades.(trust me in bronze the premades are very casual just playing like normals even sometimes playing like bot games).
Many premades don't take ranked seriously, they are on voice chat having a good time with their buddy and trolling around. This really hurts the solo players a lot.
If you re-read my last I actually state that you were silver last season and this season so if you know where to look you can find that out ^.^
Also the soft MMR reset dropped everyone by about a tier in ranked so it's expected that you need to climb back to where you were.
As for pre-mades not taking ranked seriously... that could honestly just be that the players you're running into are not taking the game serious because you're playing in bronze and silver which even when it was solo queue people complained about how their teammates were not that great and that they were intentionally trolling/throwing/losing/afking (because it's low elo and some people don't care if they're ranked 1,000,000th or 900,000th).

BTW how does my rank has anything to do with dynamic queue sucking?
You're entire thread is stating dynamic queue is making league less competitive... I've been pointing out that it appears to have no impact on how competitive the ranked ladder is for someone that plays the game competitively and actually puts time into playing ranked (which again is how things worked in solo queue).
The only major thing I've see is instead of 5 people running around and not acting like a team you have 3-4 people that play like a team and one person that still runs around and does their own thing. That's still a net gain for people working like a team, the only difference is now the person that was not in a pre-made actually notices that they are not working as part of a team with everyone else >.>
