Seriously, it would be an amazing rune for him if it did. Press R, fly 10,000 miles. The range indicator it shows could even be updated to show the range with the movement speed buff from Nimbus Cloak. It'd be sweet. And probably broken.

Since it only gives a flat 100 MS, it really wouldn't be any more broken than just bringing predator+ghost Youmuu's and deadman's on him already.

If the trigger is his r, then it comes one tick after his R anyway. And his R doesn't extend its range if he gains movement speed during flight
