@Riot On Strength of the Ages
I've been kinda stumped on this mastery, so I'd like to ask, what was your intent with it? Who was it aimed at?

Sigh, short-sighted individuals here.
Alright, as an avid Strength of Ages fan, let me explain it to you.
A) This mastery is for junglers only. You stack it up so much faster than in lane. 10 health per camp is 60 bonus health on your first clear, which is amazing. Compare that to 20 health per 3 waves and yeah, you can see the difference.
B) This mastery is intended to give you some extra health at the beginning of the game, so that you are able to rush a pure armor item without worrying about dying to the enemy mid laner. Items like
and
are excellent in the mid game, and having so much armor will allow you to deal with marksmen who rush crit items instead of AD items (Like
) since they have barely any damage per auto anyway.
The extra 300 health makes up for those items not having any health on them, allowing you to brush off some magic damage despite not having any health or MR built. It's fantastic.
Well said; those are the exact reasons I have been using it.
In addition, it's nice on Sejuani and Volibear due to the health scaling on her W for clearing and fighting.

The only champion I've ever taken it on was Sion in the jungle, because I really enjoyed the double-stacking aspect, getting like, 120 free health on my first clear. I never really looked at it like that, though, and I think I might use it more now

Strength of Ages is one of the reasons Malphite and Rammus are so strong right now, for that reason. Champions who scale with raw armor benefit even more than health stackers.
Health stacking champs would be my best guess. Sion can use this really well, though I don't play many tanks so I can't give more examples.
its probably the best mastery in that tree
Champs that stack hp. Volibear, Mundo, Sion to name a few
