Trickster's Glass is a very fun and interesting item

This item is very fun. Purchase it on a dangerous assassin, disguise yourself as the little, non-damaging and innocent support, and BAM - Kill the enemy ADC who thinks that he can kill you!

I would like to ask if there is a possibility of adding it on actual non-Black Market matches. This item would possibly be overpowered, though, since it adds the element of surprise to the game, but there is no counterplay to it, unlike stealthing, where you can just buy a pink ward.
