Wait, you really want to argue with a win rate? Okay, let's talk about winrates.
You said Lee is your favorite champion, let's take one of mine to compare them. Azir.
It's common knowledge that Azir and Lee have high skill ceilings so it's also good to compare those two. But to be honest, you don't need too much skill to play Lee compared to Azir (it's just my opinion, because I like Azir more and no, I don't find myself a "good" player as well).
Now to the win rates. Do you know where Azir stands in win rates? He is at the bottom of the food chain almost always. Does he get buffed? No, he get's nerfed. In this patch he got some minor buffs, that's true, but those were forced because of rylai nerf. So, Azir got nerfed, once again, badly.
On the other hand you got Lee, tanky bruiser/fighter who can be assassin in some scenarios. Do you think that fighter should IK ADc/APc? I don't. It doesn't even take so much skill to use point click ultimate, then Q them while they can't move. Not much counterplay either. Also, if you are good at Lee you can do AoE damage with it as well, hitting 2-3 people, dealing tons of damage, stunning them as well. Not to mention enormous AD scaling. You will still do well with it, you can still kill enemies even after the nerf. Why would they even nerf him, right? You can still do flashy plays, throwing enemy carry into your team, kicking enemy through the wall, securing kill and getting away from enemies. The only thing that you won't do is killing squishy targets before they can do aynthing. Well, you still can if you get more AD items. Remember, Lee is early game champion. You can't just argue with winrate. This change will affect win rate only a bit or not at all.
